1. Strict Prohibitions (Apply to ALL Licenses)
You may not under any circumstances:
- Resell Standalone Files: You cannot resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Content file as a standalone product.
- Logo/Trademark Use: Content may not be used as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- Sensitive Use: Content may not be used in a way that is defamatory, pornographic, or for illegal purposes. See Industries not allowed for every image.
- False Representation: You cannot claim you are the original creator of the Content.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- No Transfer of Title: All Content remains the intellectual property of the original contributor or NotableStock.com.
- Copyright Protection: Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal action and significant fines.
3. Termination
NotableStock.com reserves the right to terminate your license if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content and delete all copies.
