Licensing Terms
All notablestock.com images and videos are licensed on a Rights-Managed (RM) basis. Pricing is determined by the intended usage, duration, and the content quality tier selected by the contributor. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are one-time per licence.
How Pricing Works

Choose Your Asset
Browse and select the image or video that fits your creative brief. Each asset has a quality tier (Standard, Premium, or Exclusive) assigned by the contributor.

Select Your Usage
Pick the usage type that best describes how you will use the asset — social media, digital promotion, print, outdoor, or internal — and specify the relevant duration or format.

Pay & Download
Pay the one-time licence fee. You immediately receive a signed download link. No subscription required; every licence is specific to one asset and one usage.
Content Quality Tiers
Tier is set by the contributor at upload and reflected in the licence price.
Professional quality
High-resolution images and video professionally produced and cleared for commercial use.
Elevated quality
Exceptional resolution, production value, and exclusive cultural context. Preferred for flagship campaigns.
Top-tier quality
The highest production and cultural significance. Best for national campaigns, OOH, and premium print.

Digital advertising
From ₦500,000Digital advertising includes use within an application, website, game or other software. Includes banner ads, over-page, in-page or web video advertisements. Also includes Commercial or Promotional use on a website, including as a design element on a corporate website or in branding/profile designs on paid Social Media.

Universal Licence Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to every licence regardless of usage type or quality tier:
- No Standalone Resale: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw content file as a standalone product.
- No Logo or Trademark Use: Content may not be incorporated into a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- No Sensitive or Defamatory Use: Content may not be used in a defamatory, obscene, or illegal manner. Each asset carries a list of restricted industries.
- No False Attribution: You may not claim authorship or original creation of licensed content.
NotableStock.com reserves the right to terminate any licence if these terms are breached. Upon termination you must immediately cease use of the content and delete all copies.
